Contracts Manager

Excellent permanent opportunity to work for a housing provider in Somerset. Working as a Contracts Manager to oversee a team of surveyors/ clerk of works, holding responsibility for the delivery of an outstanding, customer focused maintenance programme. Full contracts management of external contractors to deliver the works, including performance monitoring and ensuring key KPI's are met.
