This leading specialist in the design and manufacture of Mechanical Seals and Support Systems is looking for a Projects Administrator.

You will provide commercial administration support to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers)

Project Administration within the First Fit Projects Team. Interacting with OEM project suppliers; providing an initial quotation including administration and documentation support.

Initial training and reporting will be to the Engineering team (Projects Manager / Technical Director)

Responsibilities:

- Process OEM enquiries - Receive, disseminate and process internal customer enquiries both verbal & written
- Process Ongoing Orders - Liaise with Internal departments such as manufacturing and design to process and expedite Customer orders to meet customer expected delivery
- Maintain Order book - Maintain order book and order list to allow regular OEM reports
- Develop and Maintain CRM (customer relationship system) - Assist in the development and help maintain the CRM records to ensure global communication
- Maintain OEM Price Book - Maintain and assist in the review of OEM pricelists and price book on SharePoint
- Maintain Marketing and Bid Templates - Maintain the department literature and templates with revision control to ensure latest up to date information available.
- Support External Sales Engineers - Support the UK sales engineers dedicated to OEM market- including where necessary limited on site visit to maintain close OEM working relationships
- Maintain Monthly Order book and Credit split policy - Maintain Credit splits/Financial record to allocate correct funds to AES engineers and Branches for OEM sales
- Document Control - Process customer document submissions and returns including keeping accurate records.
- Internal Document distribution - Distribute and receive internal documents

Skills, Experience & Knowledge:

- Experience of Sales / order processing environment
- ONC or equivalent in Engineering or technical department
- Proven record of working in dynamic environment with technical content
- Previous engineering business experience
- Understanding of manufacturing process's
- Microsoft Excel- Intermediate/advanced
- Microsoft word/Outlook
- Microsoft Project and project management
- Sage Line 500 or equivalent business system
- Sharepoint
