Application Developer

Based in the centre of Glasgow, this technology consultancy firm uses a variety of techniques and technologies to help create applications that automate workflow and processes for their clients. They specialise in using Microsoft developer technologies (.Net, C#, SQL), AngularJS 2, and the Kofax "Total Agility" platform. They are a Kofax certified "Gold Partner".

They are looking for an ambitious developer to work on creating "smart process" applications, using the latest versions of Microsoft development tools, JavaScript frameworks, and the Kofax "Total Agility" platform. There may be the requirement for occasional international travel, so applicants are required to have a current passport.

Skills & Requirements

You will either have three to four years of experience as a software developer, or will be a graduate in Computer Science or Software Engineering with 2 years minimum experience. You must have good problem solving skills and be an excellent communicator. You should have solid development skills in at least one language.

You should be able to work with their core technologies and practices:
- Visual Studio
- C# / .Net
- T-SQL and SQL Server 2008 upwards
- Agile practices, including scrum

You should also bring some basic web development skills:
- JavaScript / JQuery
- HTML
- CSS 3.0

You will receive training (and certification where appropriate) on:
- Kofax "TotalAgility" BPM suite
- Microsoft .Net and SQL Server
- AngularJS 2
