This role is to cover a Maternity absence and will be available until the end of the academic year. You will plan and prepare varied and engaging lessons in line with individual needs and plans ensuring all pupil learning needs are met. you will record and show pupil progress across their learning and contribute to the whole school learning ethos.What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful you must have recent experience teaching children with challenging behaviour and autism. This is a secondary teaching job and you will have to teach Year 8 to year 13 children. It is essential that you hold QTS and have recent and referenceable experience.What you'll get in returnFor the January term you will be employed on a full-time supply basis through Hays Education and have the opportunity to work alongside the current teacher as they begin their fazed leave before they start there maternity absence.
