Job Title: Training Co-Ordinator / Designate Cleaning Manager (Cleaning Sector)

Location: Based in Morley - but with travel across West Yorkshire sites

Salary: GBP19,388 + business mileage (but must use own vehicle) + medical, death in service, pension

My client is a major UK Facilities Management Company employing over 10,000 people with an impressive client base, including a major UK Supermarket Retailer.

They are now actively recruiting for a Training Co-ordinator / Designate Cleaning Manager to be based from the Morley Superstore Supermarket to work with Store Cleaning Managers throughout the West Yorkshire region.

Job Duties:

??To Co-ordinate the delivery of recruitment and training for our clients staff, ensuring all standards are met and processed and followed
??To liaise with the Store Cleaning Manager from the Morley store, Divisional Cleaning Manager, Regional Teams and HR to ensure effective communication and execution of agreed action plan
??To deliver specified elements of the Store Cleaning Manager induction programme (Induction and Retro Training), validate learning at given points and conduct regular trainee reviews
??To support recruitment and training activity within the West Yorkshire Area
??To work with the Morley Store Cleaning Manager to drive and maintain delivery of consistent store cleaning standards, achieving Top 25% KPI Performance
??To produce accurate / timely documentation and reports
??To deputise for the Morley Store Cleaning Manager in their absence. Role will also act as a Relief Store Cleaning Manager to stores throughout the West Yorkshire area as and when required.

??Proven track record in building a good working relationship with the supermarket retailer and is able to communicate with colleagues at all levels
??Demonstrates strong planning / organising and influencing skills
??It is essential that candidates drive and have their own vehicle

An ideal candidate for this role is an experienced Cleaning Manager who has some experience of training staff or someone with a training background in an operations / service sector background.
