Schools Liaison Officer

Our client, a Cambridge College, seeks to recruit a highly able person to be their Schools Liaison Officer (SLO) to commence in post from early 2017. The SLO will help with the recruitment of applicants their College, maintain and develop new and established initiatives to promote access to Higher Education in schools and colleges, and inform the College's study skills provision for its own undergraduates.

This full-time post-holder will work in the Admissions Office under both the Admissions Tutor and the Senior Schools Liaison Officer. The post will be for a fixed term of three years. They are looking for a person who has experience of the Cambridge undergraduate system and/or who has worked in this field, or had recent experience of teaching and advising Year 9-12 students.

The successful candidate will possess a university undergraduate degree. The work will involve talking to a wide variety of student groups, teachers and careers advisors and liaising with current undergraduates and Fellows in the College.

Interviews will be held in Mid January 2017
