Administration Assistant – Inclusive Learning
(1 FTE, Fixed Term until 30 June 2017)
Ayr Campus (Main base however travel to other campuses may be required)
£19,239 per annum
You will provide a high-quality administrative assistance to support Inclusive Learning in delivering an efficient and effective service to support the student and customer journey.
In addition, you will maintain effective administration procedures and systems, to support the projects of the Inclusive Learning service. You will also provide a professional and customer focused service to the Inclusive Learning team.
You will be educated to SVQ level 3 or hold an equivalent qualification or experience. A comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is also desirable for this post and hold an ECDL certificate.
