Reconciliations and Controls Team Leader

A key role within a leading investment company has arisen in Bath. The primary function of this role is to deliver service excellence to customers, and further enhance and develop the skills of a team of 5 investment administrators. You'll play a key role in managing the team, and the workflow, whilst working with senior managers to achieve expected SLAs. As a reconciliation and controls team leader you will oversee key duties such as daily cash settlements, cash issue investigation, payment input, liaison with fund managers, cash account reconciliations and error control. You'll also play a key part in risk management, supporting promoting and endorsing standards. Ideally you will come from a wrap platform provider and will have the experience of an investment background. An excellent working knowledge of CASS is required for this role - ideally CASS 6 - CASS 10. You'll be pivotal in the training and support of team members including reviews, appraisals, coaching and mentoring.
