Law Costs Drafts person Team Leader Taunton - Somerset Are you an experienced Law Costs Drafts person looking for a team leader position?My client, a long reputed Somerset based law firm are seeking a law costs drafts person to head up their law costs team.This firm mainly advise on personal injury, clinical negligence and industrial disease cases, so experience within these fields would be an advantage, but not essential.The cases at this firm are varied in value and are often very high, multi track matters valued into ??millions. Ideally you should already have at least 2-3 years experience as a law costs drafts person, running your own full case load to include drafting bills of costs, points of dispute, drafting points of reply and negotiating. You will usually instruct counsel, but those with advocacy experience will be encouraged to attend court where possible.Strong negotiators with previous supervisory experience managing others are encouraged to apply. You will be responsible for the daily running of the team to include managing work flows and providing feedback & training.Salary to ??45k.
