This small IT Solutions Provider based near Uxbridge providing support to companies across the UK is looking to expand. This is a very exciting time for the company as it looks to develop business and potentially open a further regional office. Due to current client growth, they are in need of a confident and highly skilled IT technician who also has experience of managing a team or office management to run the West Ruislip office.

Working within a small but technically sound team and supporting one junior you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the office. You will be using your technical knowledge and expertise to deliver IT Solutions for the company's clients including installations & system upgrades through to trouble shooting and maintenance. The role will involve regular travel to client sites throughout the UK to complete project work. Previous commercial experience in a similar client facing support role is essential.

Reporting to: Company Director
- To work alongside the Company Director as part of the senior team to both maintain and develop business
- To play a key role in developing new ideas and generating new business
- To provide technical support to company clients - all lines
- To support and line manage the technicians in the West Ruislip Office
- To organise site and maintenance visits - diary management
- To promote sales to help expand business
- To produce quotes for clients
- To work on call/out of hours responsibility (rota)

Key Technical Skills
- Good understanding of Windows O/S, Active Directory, Group Policy
- Experience installing hardware & software
- Windows Server 2012
- Exchange
- Office 365
- SBS 2011
- Knowledge of network topologies
- Ability to deliver projects
- Strong problem solving and analysis skills

Person specification
- Minimum of 5 years experience within IT support
- Previous experience of office or team management preferable
- Professional attitude essential
- Have a flexible approach to working
- Have the qualities/potential to be a motivational leader
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Logical approach to problem-solving
- Ability to prioritise workload
