As a telesales/customer service representative, reporting to your team manager. your key responsibilities will be to secure new business opportunities via the telephone (no cold calling) or retain existing business.

Responding to requests for information and following up new leads, recording all activity via their in house system, you will work towards sales targets, adapting your style for the target audience. In addition to working in the member enrolment and loyalty team other key accountabilities include:
- Working towards the business vision, values and goals
- Working on administration and emails received from potential and existing members
- Outbound calling to existing members

You will have proven experience in sales and customer service with the below personal attributes:
- Active listener
- Enjoys working to KPI's in a sales driven environment
- Self-motivated, professional and resilient at all times
- Excellent telephone manner and ability to think on your feet
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Strong negotiation/sales skills
- Professionalism
