Warehouse Team leader

Role: Warehouse Team LeaderLocation: Midsomer Norton, Radstock, Bath, Bristol Salary: Competitive (42 hrs per week, Mon - Fri) Summary Leading, coaching and developing a team of up to 20 colleagues, you'll know the importance of working with pace and accuracy to promote a culture of continuous improvement. Ensuring all KPIs and business targets are achieved, you'll ensure that your team understands how vital the role they perform is to our customers. With knowledge of warehouse management systems, proven analytical skills and experience of team leadership gained in an FMCG warehousing environment, you'll focus on inspiring high performance levels and effectively managing a diverse workforce.
