Telesales Adviser

Our client is a growing financial services company who work alongside regulated financial advisers, with a goal of improving the financial position of their clients.

Are you looking to develop yourself within sales or in the Financial Services industry? Do you have telephone or sales experience? If so, they are currently recruiting a number of office based telephone sales people.

This role allows you to earn by creating sales opportunities and setting appointments for their advisers within the group. Finding new clients and also booking appointments for existing clients.

To be successful in this job, you need to have:

??? Ability to handle predominantly outbound calls to generate opportunities
??? Exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills
??? Reasonable computer skills
??? Plenty of drive, initiative and motivation
??? Attention to detail
??? A good work ethic, be trustworthy and reliable

??? Salary starting from ??15,000 per annum (before added bonuses)
??? Uncapped monthly performance-based bonuses, target bonus of ??1000 monthly

??? Working Monday to Friday, 11am start Monday & 1pm finish Friday
