They now have an exciting opportunity for Customer Solutions Officer (Reception) to join them where you will work 35 hours per week; Monday – Thursday 10am – 6pm and Friday 9am – 5pm. This is a fixed term contract until 2nd January 2018.

Ensuring that all contacts are dealt with in a professional, confident and courteous manner, you will provide advice and guidance on a wide range of the Group’s enquiries; assisting with administration tasks within the team, you will make sure that visitors are presented with a professional and confident impression whilst keeping the reception area tidy and welcoming. 

With previous experience of delivering customer services and of working in a customer service focused environment, you must have good communication skills in order to effectively persuade, negotiate and influence and the ability to adapt your behaviour to suit different situations.  

The shift pattern is currently advertised as 10am-6pm, however as our opening times are 8am – 6pm, flexibility will be required within this time frame.
