Parts Advisor / Receptionist

East Bilney Coachworks is an award winning, family owned business operating out of six specialist accident repair centre, employing around 150 people across Norfolk.

We are recruiting for a dual role; Parts Advisor / Receptionist to be based at our Bodycentre Parts and Reception Area’s at North Lynn Industrial Est, Kings Lynn, Norfolk.

This full time role is for 45 hours per week, from 08:00 to 17:00 on a Monday to Friday, plus alternate Saturday Mornings from 08:00 to 13:00 on a rota basis.

Applicants must have experience of working as a parts advisor or receptionist, ideally within an Accident Repair facility, although we will consider applicants with other Automotive Parts or Reception experience (i.e. Franchised Dealer, Motor Factors).

Whilst working as a Parts Advisor, you will be ordering parts for accident damaged vehicles from a variety of sources, progress chasing, checking in, recording, booking onto jobs, storing and issuing parts, panels and consumables.

The Receptionist duties include dealing with our Customers, Insurance Companies and Work Providers.

You must be confident to deal with our customers in person, by telephone and by e-mail.

We use a number of different computer systems and whilst training will be provided, you must have experience of using computers, along with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes.

Applicants must be logical with an eye for detail, be organised, have a great telephone manner and a full clean driving licence (minor endorsements accepted).
