Senior Service Delivery Manager Role Description:
As Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for pro-actively managing teams of support and datacentre staff to ensure the operational delivery of services 24x7 located in Glasgow. You will work closely with key business stakeholders externally and within the group to promote and ensure 100% uptime of the company’s business critical technology infrastructure and systems.
What it takes:
+ Several years’ experience of managing customer support operations within a large corporate environment
+ Extremely customer focused
+ First class management skills
+ Excellent operational delivery skills
+ Project management experience with a proven track record of delivering projects within budget/timescales
+ Good analytical skills
+ Ability to prioritise workload
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ A team builder
