This established and growing Managed Services & Technical Consulting company located in Wapping, London is looking to recruit a 2nd Line Helpdesk Technician.

Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support to end users of multiple contracted businesses remotely by phone or remote control
- Manage customer incidents via Helpdesk Systems
- Deliver superb customer service at all points through lifespan of support ticket
- Liaise with 3rd party suppliers to resolve customer issues
- Maintain technical knowledge base for solutions and processes
- Setup and configuration of desktop devices for customers
- Support all aspects of customer's IT estate including VoIP

Candidates must have excellent communication, & problem-solving skills. Be self-motivated, have the ability to handle multiple assignments & have a proven track record in customer service

Candidates must possess:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in IT
- Must be experienced in outsourced IT or MSP
- Current industry recognised IT Accreditations e.g. Microsoft MCSA, CompTIA A+
- Expertise deploying & supporting MS Server & Desktop O/S including Server 2008/2012, Windows 8/10
- Ability to fully support Apple Desktops
- Experience supporting Office365 Suite
- Understanding of DNS, DHCP, AD & GPO
- Knowledge of network protocols, including vLan & routing
- Knowledge supporting SharePoint
- Support exposure to Azure & other Cloud platforms
- Ability to fully support Virtual Platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Superb Problem Solving
- Excellent communicator
- Commercial awareness
- Excellent knowledge of IT support tools, techniques, & how technology is used to provide IT services.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment
