Job Title: B2B Sales Team Manager
Reporting To: Director of Contact Centre
Location: Wilmslow, SK9 5AR
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm (37.5 hours)
Salary : Competitive basic, up to £50k OTE

As Team Manager, you will be able to motivate your team in a fast paced and changing working environment. You will be a confident and positive communicator with great listening skills. You will coach, lead, develop and motivate your team to deliver sales targets. Passionate about the services we offer to clients, you will achieve business goals by creating a culture of high performance amongst your team.
Driven to achieve results through engaging your team and supporting other key stakeholders, you will be seeking an opportunity whereby you can use your skills and experience to make this contact centre best in class.
With responsibility for a team, you will be responsible for:

As the successful candidate for the Sales Team Manager role, you will ideally have previous experience within managing a telephone based sales team. You will understand a B2B sales process and have the ability to break this down and train team members on the common pitfalls. A pro-active and hands on approach to management, with coaching skills and driving sales revenue experience is crucial to being successful in this role.
As an important member of the management team, you will be accountable for your team's performance and will be expected to continually look at ways to develop and improve performance and team productivity.
