New exciting opportunity has risen for a talented sales professional in Brighton. They are looking for an experienced sales person to work with their existing customers as well as new customers. They operate in B2B environment where they work with the customer as long term partners giving the company continuous revenue for years.

They are a Brighton based technology business operating in the security industry; they supply state of the art access control solutions to a network of partners throughout the UK and overseas markets. Part of their appeal to customers is the personalisation and friendliness of their team.

As a Sales Executive your duties will be to:

- Engage with decision makers for their partners and build a rapport.
- Nurture interested prospects to the point that they are ready to come on board as a partner.
- Quote and assist customers in designing systems.
- Engage in customer product demonstrations.
- Keep the CRM system updated with key information.
- Be the first point of contact for incoming sales communications.
- Work with set KPI's with telephone calls for both new and existing customers.
- Provide weekly reports to the sales manager for wins, quotes, pipeline updates KPI's.

An ideal Sales Executive will hold the following skills and experiences:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales experience in selling solutions,
- Attention to detail in working with internal systems (CRM).
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new information in customer-facing scenarios.
- Confidence to overcome objections and convert interest into qualified leads.
- Must be independent, self-motivated and success-driven, yet willing to work within a team environment.
- Lead generation, cold calling, objection handling and closing experience desired.
- You'll need to have the spirit and personality to enjoy the challenge of a new career.

In return, they will offer a competitive salary with a basic of 22-27k with OTE of 35k, commission and a future progression within the business. You are also able to earn uncapped commission with your sales figures. If you are motivated and want to make the right career move, they would recommend you apply immediately.

Working hours: 8:30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday
Holidays: 28 days including bank holidays.
