Reporting To: Contact Centre Manager
Location: Wilmslow, SK9 or Homeworking available
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday - full time
Salary : £17,000 - £21,000- UNCAPPED COMMISSION

The Role

We are looking for experienced B2B outbound telemarketing sales executives, selling services that add real value to prospective clients.

You will be responsible for calling businesses and converting those calls into quality appointments for our field based Business Development Managers. This is an extremely varied role in which you'll liaise with a diverse selection of external prospective clients from a wide range of sectors within the SME market. You'll need to be able to build rapport quickly, be flexible in your approach to influencing, and build and maintain an extensive knowledge across a highly competitive market landscape.

* Market leading basic salary up to £20,000 dependant on experience
* Fast track to Senior Consultant, with higher basic of £21k and higher commission
* Realistic OTE of £10,000 - £20,000 p/a

The Person

Though you say it yourself, you are a simply brilliant (and probably unappreciated and under-rewarded) business-to-business sales professional. You genuinely love meeting with business owners and have a talent for understanding their own agendas and challenges, whilst helping them to be more successful. You can rapidly build great relationships and then provide practical solutions to their business challenges in a consultative and highly intelligent manner.

You know that success in business-to-business SME selling has a lot to do with stamina, determination and focus,so for the right money, you can demonstrate a wealth of these vital ingredients to success:

* Demonstrable B2B Outbound Telesales/Lead Generation background
* Structured sales approach with strong objection handling skills
* Excellent communication skills with impeccable telephone manner
* Influencing skills, confident with questioning and prospecting
* Team player with ability to shine as an individual
* Ability to remain motivated in a fast paced and changing working environment.
