This established and growing Managed Services & Technical Consulting company located in Wapping, London is looking to recruit an IT Customer Relationship Manager / Internal Sales Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Oversee own portfolio of customers
- Manage customer issues as primary contact point
- Deliver superb customer service at all times
- Provide sales support for existing internal staff
- Identify & Pursue own opportunities
- Assist with writing reports and proposals for clients
- Maintain customer road-map documents for sales and budgets
- Ensure customer retention through relationships
- Schedule & manage accounts reviews
Candidates must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Be self-motivated, have the ability to handle multiple assignments & have a proven track record in customer service
Candidates must possess:
- Prior knowledge of IT services
- Excellent written communication
- Clear verbal communication
- Experience in developing relationships with long term goals
- Ability to develop business opportunities
- Understanding of IT services and how to fit technologies to business outcomes
- Expertise with development and maintenance of sales pipeline
- A professional attitude
- Keen desire to learn new solutions in the IT industry
- Excellent time & diary management
- The ability to understand budgets and requirements
- Willingness to develop own opportunities
