They provide over one million members with access to nearly 3,000 locations in the UK and Europe, as well as giving them access to their vast knowledge and expertise in how to make the most of caravanning as a leisure pastime.

They are now looking to appoint an experienced Business Analyst to join them and support the Commercial Marketing UK Accommodation team to develop and deliver the best possible product and pricing strategy for the 160+ UK Club Caravan Sites.

Within the role, you will be the go-to person within the Commercial Marketing team to provide numerical and non-numerical analysis, insights and recommendations to support all business cases. You will provide a systematic approach to delivering accurate and timely MI performance reporting and identify and agree main drivers of performance.

Building a central database of common reports which are readily available to other stakeholders, you will identify current and historic customer trends and behaviours in response to historic price movements and pricing promotions and be the team leader in providing analytical data.

This role requires a self-motived and results driven individual who has prior experience in a similar role; using an advanced technical analytical ability to successfully analyse and interpret numerical data. You should possess strong intellectual integrity, be a critical thinker and be comfortable working under pressure on multiple initiatives simultaneously.

A committed and enthusiastic team player, you will work well within a multi-disciplinary team and have a good understanding of financial performance drivers. You will need to be confident to challenge and be challenged in a fast paced environment and be able to think logically, objectively and creatively. Experienced with the Microsoft suite of applications, you will demonstrate excellent Excel skills and have an understanding of Google Analytics. Experience of using Tableau reporting tool would be beneficial however this is not essential.
