The Role
Working closely with the Store Manager, you would assist in driving profitability and delivering the business objectives of the Basingstoke store through leading and helping develop a team that provides outstanding customer service at all times. You would play an important role in…
* Recruiting, developing and motivating a high calibre team
* Promoting a high standard of visual merchandising
* Managing Health & Safety issues
* Developing and implementing loss prevention controls
* Ensuring compliance with up to date retail and employment legislation.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate for the role must have significant retail experience and will be looking for an opportunity to develop their career in a leadership position. You will be combine excellent communication skills with excellent sales ability and commercial acumen. The company are looking for a versatile and flexible individual with a positive and enthusiastic attitude plus excellent organisational skills and multi-tasking ability. You must be creative, able to demonstrate excellent visual merchandising skills and the ability to shape a store around delivering a first class customer journey.
