Customer Services / Order Processor

We are a successful, forward thinking, independent company and one of the fastest expanding independent dealers in the office products industry with an extensive product range together with total commitment to customer satisfaction.
Working hours: Monday - Friday (8.00am - 4.30pm / 9.30am - 6.00pm)
We require additional customer service / order processor at our head office in Birkenhead, to handle incoming sales calls and enquiries.
The successful applicants must be customer focused, computer literate and possess excellent communication skills.
Customer service experience would be advantageous but not essential.
Full systems and product training will be provided.
- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s (to include English and Maths)
