Taking women’s mental health in a whole new direction
We are looking for a staff member who is understanding, approachable, empathetic, fun and open minded who is consistent in approach, and dedicated to working in a person centred way. You will be required to provide a range of support services to women with multiple needs based on a model of Hope and Recovery. You must be able to recognise and adhere to the importance of personal boundaries.
We have a position available based in Salford, Manchester M30.

- £20,356.17 pa • 37.5 hrs pw as part of rota including days, waking nights & weekends
Working as part of a team, you’ll help to provide a range of support services to women with multiple needs fostering a ‘hope and recovery’ model, In partnership with the Manager and Team Leaders, the Senior Support Worker will provide informal leadership, coaching and support to less experienced team members.
A commitment towards promoting independence and social inclusion is essential. Experience of working with women in a supported housing or community mental health setting is desirable. NVQ 3 in Health & Social Care or the commitment to work towards it would be an advantage.
