Our client has identified an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator (min 3 years experience required) to join a City based successful Financial Services Company and as part of a small team, provide administrative support in the areas of protection and mortgages to a successful and busy Financial Adviser.

Position Summary;
As an Administrator, your fundamental role is to complete and manage administrative processes to ensure client mortgage, protection and general insurance cases progress and that client servicing standards are achieved.

Additional responsibilities will include:

• Client relationship management including delivering client focused service
• Liaison with product providers and third parties including solicitors
• Application submissions and case tracking
• Satisfying compliance and standard operating procedure requirements
• Maintaining a CRM system(Inteliflo) and updating client databases
• Participating in team case management meetings
• Maintaining accurate client document folders
• Managing your personal workflow including prioritising

Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will hold the relevant skills and experience to hit the ground running in this role including;

• Minimum 3 years experience within a similar Administration role
• Excellent IT skills (Inc. Windows, Outlook and Excel)
• High level of numeracy
• Good interpersonal skills & professional telephone manner
• Excellent English both oral and written
• Proven organisational skills & ability to multi-task
• Good eye for detail
• Team player but able to work autonomously and without close supervision.
• Thrives being busy and delivering client focused service

The company

Based in the prestigious Heron Tower, close to Liverpool Street and Bank Stations, our client is a successful brokerage, founded in 2001, employing 40 plus Advisers and Support Administrators.

They are currently expanding and are seeking to appoint a candidate who will complement the existing team, bring added value to the role and who is willing to take on additional responsibilities as the role expands.
