HR Advisor (Generalist)
Multi National Engineering Group
GBP28 - GBP30,000 pro rata (6 month fixed term contract - very possibly to go permanent) - Ideally to start before Christmas
Company Overview
Multi National Engineering Group with over 150,000 employees across over 60 countries and a site based in the Longbridge area.
HR is very visible and highly respected within this company. At this particular site there are 700 members of staff supported by a Group HR Manager and a HR Business Partner. We now need a HR Advisor to join the team for a 6 month fixed term contract. This is a friendly, down to earth team who are approachable and warm to speak with.
This being said, it is a fast paced, challenging environment where you need a "bit of backbone" to forge credible relationships with many of the Senior Managers who can be challenging sometimes.
The Role
This will be a generalist HR Advisor role with a certain amount of casework involved. You will be given full support and guidance on any complex issues you may encounter but you will be given full exposure to all aspects of HR. You will easily learn what aspects of HR you really like.
The Ideal Person
We're looking for a warm and friendly HR Advisor who can work well within a small, busy HR team who basically deal with everything!

•Casework experience
•Experience of working in a manufacturing or engineering company
We need this person to start before Christmas so if you are available to do this your application will be given priority depending on your experience.
