We work with people in their own homes, individually or in shared accommodation settings. How we care and support for each person is defined by them!

Support Workers

• Full & Part Time available
• Salary: £16,922, subject to review
• Locations: West Lothian with waking night shift.

Full Time is 37 hours per week, worked on a shift rota basis. This may include the requirement to undertake additional sleepover duties for which an additional allowance will be paid.

Successful applicants will have the opportunity to help vulnerable adults influence real change within their day-to-day lives. In return for your hard work, you will receive on the job training to achieve relevant SVQ qualifications to support your career in care, an initial 6.4 weeks of paid annual leave, access to a health plan to reimburse optical, dental costs, health checks and more, as well as the Wheatley Reward discount scheme.

Appointment is dependent on fulfilling Barony’s application process for PVG Scheme Membership or Scheme Record Update.
