This progressive local family developer is looking to recruit a Technical Coordinator.

Located at their Head Office in Cross Hills, the Technical Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of all working drawings for site; liaising with external consultants, managing and coordinating the flow of drawings issued to site.

The purpose of the role is to improve buildability, design and construction detailing to allow ease of construction, liveability and value engineering.

A critical aspect of the role is to coordinate the final layouts and design for marketing and sales purposes and will also include:

- Liaising with building control and LABC; providing design information when requested.
- Liaising with SAP assessor regarding DER SAPS and EPCs.
- Providing Health and Safety pre construction information to their consultants.

Computer literacy and up to date knowledge of AutoCAD essential, an understanding of Trimble/Leica/Topcon would be an advantage.
