Our client works with a fantastic product and aims to deliver a personal and exceptional service from start to finish. They are now looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on an annualised hours contract.

As this is an annualised hours role, you’ll be able to work the majority of your hours at times when you can earn the highest bonus. During off-peak times, you’ll have the time off to catch up with your favourite shows, see friends and maybe even travel (you’ll have discounts for some great holiday getaways after all). 

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be tasked with promoting and selling our client’s products as well as resolving any customer queries. 

Acting as the friendly voice of the company, you’ll respond to all incoming telephone calls and email requests in a prompt and professional manner. Additionally, you’ll perform a range of basic accounting tasks. 

Think you’ve got what it takes? If so, you must have: 

- Previous customer service experience, gained either face-to-face or via the telephone 
- A good level of IT literacy, particularly with MS Word and Excel 
- At a minimum, GCSEs at grades A* - C, including Maths and English 
- The flexibility to work shifts throughout the week, (weekdays and weekends), between 9:00am – 8:00pm 

Empathetic and approachable, as a Customer Service Advisor / Contact Centre Agent, you must be a clear, concise communicator with an analytical mindset. Strong numerical skills and a proactive approach are also key. 

Travel experience, enthusiasm and good knowledge of the South West would be highly advantageous. 

Please note, there are a number of full and part time shifts available throughout the week, including some split shifts of 9:00 – 12:00 and 17:00 – 20:00. 

As this is an annualised hours contract, you may be required to work more shifts during the summer, January and February, with less or no shifts during November, December, March and April (giving you plenty of opportunities to enjoy some time off and travel).
