Our client is well established within the construction and environmental sectors and operate through five main divisions. Their activities span construction, land reclamation, public realm and environmental works, developments, and plant hire and service.

They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Manager to join their team controlling and delivering an excellent service at all times to both their external and internal customers/clients whilst providing utmost professional support to their teams.

Helping and advising their residents, tenants and clients both on the phone and through visits. You will liaise with the TLO’s and Maintenance Manager regarding any required works, ensuring this is dealt with in an efficient manner through working with the site teams in dealing with and resolving customer queries/ complaints. Investigating their customer’s complaints in detail, producing a comprehensive response and resolution where possible, alongside interacting and supervising their out of hour’s service.  Attending Pre-contract meetings, you will develop feedback for site teams to attain future improvement in conjunction with generating reports and KPI’s for clients on customer satisfaction. The Customer Care Manager will conclude DLP on schemes and specific defects whilst cooperating with clients, sub-contractors and clerk of works. Moreover, the successful candidate will constantly improve and develop the customer care procedures.

With outstanding construction knowledge, the successful Customer Care Manager will have experience in a previous Customer Care role in dealing with social housing and new build residents.

 Candidates for this role must possess a calm and professional manner when dealing with difficult or irate customers. An excellent communicator you will be self-motivated and organized at all times with exceptional interpersonal skills and experience of dealing with management. With the ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines, you will be a competent user of Microsoft packages. The Customer Care Manager will thrive on responsibility and ideally have a sound knowledge of a number of different work trades.
