They are currently seeking to hire a Recruitment Consultant - Legal, Private Practice for their highly skilled team based in Hong Kong. * Our Hong Kong office has a well established Legal division which has seen unprecedented growth over the past 2 years, and we are looking to invest close to £2million into the global growth of this discipline. This role offers an opportunity for successful Recruiters to progress to Director level.

Job Summary:

* The position of Legal Recruiter will focus on permanent roles into Private Practice and will join an existing team of 4 covering the legal market across Hong Kong and Singapore.
* Working closely with the Managing Director of Asia, this position offers a unique opportunity to take over his hot network of clients to enable him to focus on the operational running of the overall business, and we are looking for those aspiring to be the future Directors within the Asia region!
* Specifically focusing on Transactional Lawyer roles within Private Practices across Banking, Financial Services and Corporate Capital Markets. Placing up to Partner level within Magic Circle firms and New York firms based in both Hong Knog and Singapore - typical salaries range from £80-200K, with current average fees of £35K.
* This role requires an articulate, confident networker, able to build credible relationships based on trust and quality of service. This is a candidate short market, so headhunting is essential and the successful hire will benefit from ongoing training into headhunting methods from the L&D Consultant based in Hong Kong.
* Success factor: We would expect the desk to be billing up to £250K per annum within 18 months with the ability to grow this easily to £400K+.

Main responsibilities for this role will involve:

* All Recruiters within the firm operate in 360 roles, proactively headhunting candidates and developing and establishing new business relationships
* Joining a well-established team consisting of recruiters and nurturing key relationships across the team and wider business
* The successful applicant will be focused on building a profitable desk within the legal market, working closely with the existing team, sharing information and contacts and taking advantage of our extensive existing client base.
* You will be responsible for achieving set targets; KPI's will include an annual, quarterly and monthly revenue target, phone activity, CV's out (jobs and speculative), Interviews, Jobs and Headhunts which can all be reviewed on a weekly or monthly basis, and reported to the Senior Management team
* Defining client requirements whilst mapping out the organisational structure, the culture and clients annual growth plans
* Networking with candidates and clients frequently, organising networking events and client presentations
* Cross selling other disciplines and incorporating other business areas into the relationships cultivated
