Full Time Claims Advisor - Wakefield

Fusion Contact Centre, part of the BGL Group – Wakefield

We’re looking for full time Claims Advisors to join our inbound Contact Centre in Wakefield. The successful candidate will work an average of 39.5 hours per week, between the following hours:

Monday – Friday 7am to 10pm

Saturday 8am – 6pm and Sunday 9am – 5pm

Our full time shift pattern is a 8 week variation that consists of 2 weeks of an early shift, for example; 7am until 4pm, 2 weeks of an afternoon/evening shift, for example; 12pm until 9pm.

Our full time Claims Advisors work 2 in 8 Saturdays, with a day off in the week and up to 2 in 8 Sundays.

  • Competitive Salary starting at £15,500. After successful completion of a 3 month probation period this increases to £16,000. The salary is reviewed annually thereafter to reward length of service – Within 3 years the annual salary will increase to £20,400.
