Visiting Support Coordinator

You will need to have an understanding of the needs of older people and how to help them remain independent.

You must be approachable and responsive to requests for help.

Visiting Support Coordinator - 37 hours per week £18,000 - £23,294 per annum + benefits

You will be responsible for providing support to Retirement Living and Carelink customers by making regular contact with them; responding to emergency call outs; proactively managing using support plans and ensuring each scheme provides a safe environment for everyone.
