Administration Assistant - York Business Park, Nether Poppleton
Future Cleaning Services are a well established and highly respected provider of contract cleaning services. Due to expansion we are now looking to recruit immediately an Administration Assistant based at our York Head Office to support our existing administration team.
Hours of work are 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday - Friday (£16,000 per annum)
The role of Administration Assistant:
- Assisting with answering and diverting external telephone calls
- Ensuring site information packs are complete and ready for Area Managers
- Setting up new users on our time and attendance system
- Updating the FCS portal including typing up client action reports
- Entering data for reporting purposes
- Photocopying and filing
- Recruitment advertising
- Issuing company uniform
- General administration support
- You will have previous experience within a similar role and must possess IT skills to include MS Office, Excel and Outlook.
- Good communication skills are essential and must be able to work well within a team and prioritise work when necessary.
