Registered/Care Manager/Care Coordinator – Are Looking for a change in Career?
Ulverston, Cumbria Monday -Friday 8.30-5 or 9 – 5.30 £17-22K per annum DOE

Are you currently working in the Social Care Sector or have done so in the past ideally at Managerial or Supervisory level?  We are looking for someone with your knowledge and experience of the Care Sector to join our team as a Candidate Telephone Interviewer.  
Health & Social Care Jobs specialise in finding and sourcing candidates for permanent full time positions working with our clients who are providers of care services Nationally.   The role will be telephone interviewing candidates at all levels from Senior Managers, Registered Managers, Deputies, Care coordinators, Supervisors, Care Assistants, Support Workers …. Basically, any role within Social Care.  Your daily routine would be:
·    Looking at applications and determining suitability.
·    Speaking to Providers looking to recruit and getting a good brief to enable you to interview well and to find the right person.
·    Booking candidates in for interview.
·    Telephone interviewing candidates sometimes for up to an hour or more 
·    Writing up your interview notes and sending them to the end employer.
·    Writing and sending interview confirmations.
·    Obtaining feedback from the end employer.
·    Obtaining candidates documentation including ID and references.
·    Informing candidates if they have been successful/unsuccessful.
·    Emailing 
·    General Administration

Person Specification (Must have some Social Care Background)
We would consider someone from any of these backgrounds: 
Older People’s Care Homes – Registered Manager or Deputy Manager level
Learning Disabilities - Service Manager/Team Leader level or above
Children’s Homes – Registered Manager or Deputy Manager level or above
Domiciliary/Homecare – Registered Care Manager, Deputy or Care Co-ordinator level
Someone from a Recruitment Background would also be considered.
·    You will need to be very confident on the telephone.
·    An excellent knowledge of the social Care sector.
·    An Excellent Team Player
·    You will be proactive and can work autonomously.
·    Computer Literate
·    Excellent communicator
