Our client is a training and consultancy company providing a full range of services to business and people. They are currently recruiting for an Assessor to join their team, reporting to Head of Operations.

The purpose of this role is to promote and represent the company in accordance with their Vision, Mission and Core Values. You will plan and provide support to learners undertaking QCF assessment and/or training programmes and Maintain quality of the assessment process through rigorous assessment activities.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain high standard of training and assessment for all learners engaged with the company
Present a positive professional role model to learners impacting on standards, ethics, practices and behaviour
Embrace and integrate equality, professionalism and integrity into all aspects of the assessment/training programme
Comply with the technical and vocational requirements as defined by the appropriate QCF awarding bodies
Update and maintain all records and provide these documents to Internal Quality Assurers and Standard Verifiers when requested
Attend and participate in all meetings and training initiatives as requested by directors
Play an active role in the induction, development and support of new and existing members of staff
Co-ordinate the activities of others when instructed by directors
Promote and represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times
Fully conversant with framework requirements and other quality standards
Be proactive in self-development (CPD) in line with company and awarding body requirements
Carry out marketing requirements in order to maintain caseload capacity and meet business needs
Carry out and facilitate start documentation, vetting and monitoring of new learners to the business
Perform any reasonable task requested by the company
