As a 1st Line Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing a high level of ICT and AV support to our client and ensuring the smooth running of all systems. 

Acting as the first point of contact for ICT related requests, you’ll strive to resolve both internal and external customers’ issues in a timely manner. 

You’ll ensure that new desktop, mobile and AV hardware is implemented within scheduled timeframes. 

Additionally, you’ll perform a range of system administration tasks and ensure that software and operating systems are up-to-date and secure. 

Interested? To be considered, you must have: 

- At least one year’s experience of working in an IT helpdesk and/or support environment 
- Experience gained in a customer-facing environment and of delivering customer service to the highest standard 
- A track record of installing and configuring computer systems 
- Previous experience of troubleshooting systems and network problems 
- Hardware maintenance experience 
- At a minimum, GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above 
- A recognised ICT qualification 

As a 1st Line Support Officer, you must have superb communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills, as well as a highly organised approach. Accurate and flexible, you must also be able to manage your time effectively. 

Please note, this is a full time role, working 35 hours per week. Our client’s centre is open 7:00 – 22:00, 7 days per week, so you will occasionally be required to work evenings and weekends.
