Aeromark is an established market leading, award winning, innovative and rapidly expanding web based software company located in Bedford. Our clients typically employ teams of on-the-road service engineers and Optimatics, our service management solution helps our customers more efficiently plan manage and report on their activity, saving them time and money and providing improved customer service. 

Due to continued business success and growth, an opportunity has arisen for an Customer Support Agent to join our team in Bedford.

We are establishing a new Support Desk team which will deliver a wide range of support services to both our growing number of customers and the Aeromark business itself. Joining this team will be an ideal starting point for progression in the business

Customer Support Agent responsibilities:

As a member of the service desk team, you will play a very important role in looking after our customers and internal teams. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound support calls from customers
  • Monitoring key elements of our infrastructure
  • Liaising with other teams to get solutions in place
  • Filtering and handling inbound email traffic
  • Helping the Project Delivery team building systems
  • Testing system functionality
  • Producing customer reports
  • Maintaining and growing our marketing database

The ideal Customer Support Agent:

To be successful you’ll need a strong educational background and of course excellent written and spoken English skills. You will be enthusiastic, eager to learn and very focussed on delivering great service and support to our customers and internal teams.

Progression opportunity:

Alongside the roles you’d expect in any company we also have a team of Software Developers, IT Infrastructure Specialists, IT Support Engineers and Project Delivery Administrators, Assistants and Managers. Progression into these teams is actively encouraged if you’re capable, willing and enthusiastic.
