We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator who will be able to assist with the smooth running of the monthly payroll process, in an accurate and timely fashion.
As Payroll Administrator you will be processing employee salaries and expenses as well as processing HMRC paperwork. You will need to have great attention to detail and have the ability to calculate salaries accurately.
You will be working closely with the Payroll Manager, as well as liaising on a regular basis with other departments including HR. The successful candidate will therefore require good communication skills internally and externally, with a good level of customer service.
As part of your role you will be required to process starters/leavers and make amendments to the system following change within the business. As Payroll Administrator you will need to have knowledge of various databases, intermediate Microsoft office skills, and have the ability to run payroll reports as required.
The successful candidate must have previous payroll experience and an interest in payroll principles.
Hours of work are 37.5 per week Monday to Friday.
