Our client is one of leading providers of manned guarding & support solutions that specialise in the provision of professional security personnel to local, national and multinational customers across all sectors. They are recruiting for a Business Development Manager to oversee and develop new accounts and generate your own leads within London and Home Counties.

Duties & Responsibilities:
??? Developing business in the area and be part of the regional management team
??? Generating new business for the company using any method possible, i.e. making calls and door to door selling
??? You???ll improve the sales to help the company grow by working towards realistic targets and incorporating all recognised tools to achieve ??? ??? Find out when contracts are finishing and ensure they are renewed.

This position operates from the London office where you will be expected to operate from.

Candidate Requirements:
??? Proven track record in sales in manned guarding and related services
??? Ideally you will have experience & knowledge in the security industry
??? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
??? Full driving licence as travel is required
??? Ability to deal with all levels of client relationships
??? Minimum a Non-Front Line SIA Licence is required and or able to obtain such a licence
??? You must be eligible to work in the UK.
??? Suitable skills/experience: Commercial Manager, Security Services, Sales, Business Development Manager, Account Manager

Pay Rate: ??35000 ??? ??40000 Even Plus (Dependant on Experience)

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday ??? but will require flexibility to deal with operational matters when they arise
