Main Dealership Service Advisor
BCC are a busy well respected, busy independent motor vehicle repairer and have an exciting opportunity to appoint an experienced Main Dealership Service Advisor to work within our existing team.
The successful applicant must show a lively outgoing personality, be committed to offering the very best in customer care and creating a bespoke experience for the customers. You will be the first point of contact for the service department and as such you need to have an excellent level of communication and presentation. You will require excellent organisation skills, confidence and be computer literate.
You will book new and existing customers vehicles into the service department explaining the repair process, building strong customer relationships and delivering the highest level of customer service at all times.
Your hours will be full time Monday to Friday 8am-6pm with a Saturday morning on a rota basis.
