About the role
An exciting opportunity has opened for a Field Performance Manager to join us to help lead the Scottish interviewing team. The role will support the Regional Manager for Scotland in delivering interviewing fieldwork to NatCen's quality standards and targets through the effective leadership of a team of home based field interviewers.
We are looking for an experienced manager with proven leadership skills and a successful track record of exceeding targets and delivering key performance indicators. Strong communication skills and an ability to interpret data and reports to help drive performance are also essential.
The successful candidates will receive a comprehensive induction and leadership program followed by ongoing professional development training.
