Position: Senior Business Analyst - Business Change - Insurance / Banking / Payments / Fintech

* The production of high level/ detailed requirement reports
* Detailed analysis of business issues with sharp commercial/ technical skills to bridge together multiple areas of the business (IT, Business, Operations)
* Extensive planning/ facilitation / delivery of workshops combined with key stakeholder management capability to board level
* Occasional Mentoring/Developments of Junior Business Analysts
Background and competencies required:
* Business Analyst experience within the financial services industry - Insurance/ Banking / Payments
