The Cake Crew is the UK’s largest independent manufacturer of private label cupcakes, and supply a variety of bakery products into major supermarkets, independent retailers and wholesalers. Employing in the region of 250 staff at the headquarters in Bala (North Wales), the award winning business has been rapidly expanding due to customer demand. Working as part of a night shift team, as an FLT Driver you’ll work within the company’s warehouse operations loading the pallets of products from the goods area onto the delivery trucks. You’ll also be flexible to assist with general warehouse duties including wrapping products onto pallets as and when required.

To be considered for this FLT Driver role, you MUST have the following experience, skills and attributes:

• Previous experience working as an FLT Driver
• A current and valid FLT Licence
• Ability to work using own initiative along with good problem solving skills
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm to succeed in a busy environment
• Flexibility towards tasks and ability to work well as part of a team

Pay Rate:                      £7.89 per hour (equivalent to £18,872 per year)

Contracted Hours:         46 paid hours per week

Hours of Work:             Monday to Thursday, covering 6pm to 6am night shifts  

Contract Type:              Permanent

Location:                      Bala (Gwynedd, North Wales). Good road links for commute from Wrexham, Oswestry, St Asaph, Llanrwst, Bangor and Mold etc.
