Our company client is a highly regarded organisation who are currently looking to recruit a dynamic and articulate Continuous Improvement Analyst to join their talented team based in West Sussex.The role holder will be responsible for supporting and working closely with the business areas to identify, analyse and implement improvement opportunities and new ideas to create an environment and culture of continuous improvement and innovation. This is an exciting opportunity for career progression.
Major tasks and essential duties:
* Identify, analyse and deliver continuous improvement initiatives and opportunities, collaborating with business workstream(s), and form a strong and effective continuous improvement team dynamic
* Facilitate and manage continuous improvement initiatives in line with the continuous improvement framework using the right tools and techniques
* Produce strong Visual Management, providing visibility, to track and monitor savings and benefits to ensure measurable efficiencies are achieved
* Support the Business Architect to create and embed a continuous improvement framework
* Support the Business Architect to maintain a repository of the businesses process artefacts to drive the improvement plan
* Produce key deliverables and outputs in line with the business change framework
* To ensure compliance with company and other relevant standards/ regulations at all times (including TCF)
* Any other reasonable duties as required
Background and skill set required:
* Formal qualification or a desire to achieve Lean Six Sigma certification
* Formal qualification or a desire to be formally qualified in business analysis and change management
* Demonstrable experience of Lean / Continuous Improvement tools, thinking and methodologies
* Demonstrable experience of identifying and delivering process improvement across large and small change initiatives
* Strong understanding of Continuous Improvement, Business Analysis and Change Management techniques
