An opportunity has arisen for Customer Services Business Support Assistants within the Business Support Team
The Job
Working as part of the Business Support team to help them exceed performance targets and deliver an effective and customer focused support service to the other areas of Customer Services, enabling them to meet the demands of peaks in workload and provide continuity of workflow during annual events and special projects.
To provide support in relation to day to day activities of the Business Support team to help the team deliver their targets.
•Duties will include (but not be limited to) setting up new Roads and Sewer requests, copying documents, correcting data anomalies, creating general letters, covering the phones during busy periods, dealing with general queries.
•Being part of the flexible resource to help support other parts of Customer Services during times of peak demand or on special projects as directed by the Team Leader
•Key areas of activity for the Business Support Team include, providing day to day support as needed by the various teams including setting up cases for Road and Sewer Bond requests and data clean up.
The Person
The successful candidate must be a team player with a “can do” attitude and a flexible approach to supporting colleagues, along with good administrative skills, accurate data entry abilities and good organisational skills, able to plan and take responsibility for their own workload.
Home Workers
Due to the nature of this role, home working cannot be accommodated at this time.
The starting salary will be from £16,000 - £18,000. Please note salary on appointment will be dependent on experience.
