Job Title: Contract Cleaning Manager
Salary: £29,854 - £31,288 per annum
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week

This is an exciting opportunity for you to join the Environmental Services team for the Council. The service is currently going through a period of change and improvement. They are looking for experienced and positive professionals that have a 'can do' approach to the way that they perform.
The focus of the post will be to improve the performance of the Council's Cleaning Contract. To ensure cleaning duties are delivered as specified, maintaining high standards of work and to develop a commercially effective service.
You will be customer focused, effective and efficient in delivering cleaning services to a private and public sector customer base, and be a strong leader with good open communication skills.
The post holder must have a nationally recognised management qualification or a commitment to obtain one within 12 months of appointment.
The successful applicant will hold a full and current drivers licence.
