This organisation is a fast growing and award winning company based in London's Tech City, Shoreditch. Client care is a priority for them and they're recruiting to build on an established Customer Service team.

As a Digital Project Manager / Customer Relationship Advocate you will manage the set up and optimisation of client campaigns once a service contract has been agreed. You will be responsible for timely and smooth delivery of cloud.IQ services and the optimisation of those services to maximise results for our clients.

You will liaise with clients directly by phone and email, and work internally with a team of Designers, Developers and Test Engineers, to deliver campaigns. You will be responsible for quality assurance - an eye for detail is key!

They are looking for a team player who is likely to have some project management experience in digital, comfortable talking to clients on the one hand and techies on the other, able to manage multiple projects, has a creative eye and attention to detail that means their clients experience a high quality service.
