software support consultant
We currently have a vacancy for a Customer Support Consultant to work at our offices in Little Ouseburn 10 minutes from York.
Working within a busy support department responsibilities will include telephone & remote access support of our long established customer base of mainly professional service organisations.
As well as training duties, software testing and documentation.
Full training will be provided.
The Ideal candidate would have
Experience of customer support.
Good telephone and email skills.
Ability to work in a busy professional services company.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
A good working knowledge of Sage 50 & Sage 200 or similar, would be advantageous as is the ability to work well under pressure.
Some knowledge of accounts or bookkeeping would be useful, or previous experience in a commercial office.
Working within a small support department responsibilities will include telephone & remote access support of our customer base.
Where the need arises occasional site visits may be required, therefore a driving licence would be needed.
Hours are Monday – Friday 9 – 5, though some flexible working can be considered for childcare arrangements for example.
